Who is responsible?

When you send an enquiry

We process your name, email address, selected subject and message to answer your question, understand your needs and follow up a potential engagement. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

Your enquiry and message are saved in HighLevel. HighLevel creates a follow-up task in our internal Client Ops system and may send an acknowledgement. Danijel follows up personally. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where you contact us before entering a contract in your own capacity, we process necessary information to take steps at your request before that contract. For general questions and contact with business representatives, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering and following up relevant business enquiries.

How long do we keep an enquiry?

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after the last relevant contact. Client information is handled under the client agreement and applicable legal requirements, including accounting requirements. We retain only information needed for each purpose.

Website operation and recipients

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Technical information such as IP address, timestamp and browser information may be processed for operation and abuse prevention. The public contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check automated submissions.

HighLevel holds contact records and supports follow-up. Client Ops manages internal tasks, and Google Workspace provides email. Authorised staff and providers needed for these functions may access information. Providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Applicable transfer safeguards are required where such transfers occur, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

Campaigns and advertising measurement

When you submit an enquiry, we may save the referring page and campaign labels in the link, such as the source and campaign name. We also record the selected website language to support follow-up. These details follow the enquiry retention period.

If you select Allow measurement, OpenAI’s measurement pixel loads. It measures page visits and saved enquiries so we can assess ChatGPT advertising. OpenAI receives technical connection information, such as IP address and browser information, together with visit information, advertising identifiers and measurement events. We send a random enquiry ID to prevent duplicate counting. Events are marked as excluded from future individual-based personalisation.

Automatic advanced matching is enabled. After your consent, the pixel may recognise contact information you enter, such as an email address, normalise it and convert it to SHA-256 hashed identifiers in your browser. These identifiers are sent to OpenAI with measurement events to match enquiries to ads, including when a click identifier is unavailable. This matching does not send the contact details as plain text. Hashed identifiers are not the same as anonymous information. We do not send your free-text message as measurement data or explicitly add contact details to pixel calls.

The pixel uses first-party cookies __oppref (up to 30 days from saving the advertising identifier) and __obref (up to 365 days). Your browser may limit these durations. We store your consent choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days. This is separate from OpenAI’s retention of received measurement events.

You can decline without losing website or form functionality. Change or withdraw consent at any time using Measurement settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops new measurement events and removes the pixel’s cookies; it does not delete information already received. A pixel that has already loaded may still send technical diagnostics about consent status and blocked events, without contact identifiers. Customer videos and local files

Fonts and video cover images are stored with the website. Choosing to play a customer video loads a player from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube/Google then receives technical connection information and may process data under its privacy policy. You can read the page without playing any videos.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, and deletion or restriction where the relevant conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. In some situations you have a right to receive information in a portable format. Contact info@snabbanalys.nu. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information.

You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
